3. Products and Pricing

All prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).
Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout based on your governorate.
We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately, but slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, and photography.
Product measurements are approximate and may vary slightly between items.
We reserve the right to change prices, update product descriptions, or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
All products are subject to availability.

4. Orders

Placing an order on the website is an offer to purchase, not a confirmed sale.
Your order is confirmed only after we contact you via WhatsApp to verify the details.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where an item is out of stock, where the information provided is incomplete or incorrect, where there is a pricing error, or where we suspect fraudulent or abusive activity.
If we cancel a confirmed order, any amount you have paid will be refunded in full.

5. Payment

Cash on delivery is available across Egypt.
For orders above 2,500 EGP, a 25% deposit is required upon order confirmation, with the remaining balance paid in cash on delivery.

6. Shipping, Returns and Exchanges

Delivery times, shipping costs, inspection on delivery, and our returns and exchanges policy are set out in full on our Shipping & Exchange page, which forms part of these Terms. Please note that for hygiene and health reasons, intimate apparel cannot be returned or exchanged once accepted at delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the NAYA Boutique name and logo, product photographs, designs, text, and graphics — is our property and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
