• We ship to all governorates across Egypt.
• 2 to 7 business days from order confirmation, may vary by governorate.
• Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on your governorate.

Order Confirmation & Payment

• After placing your order on the website, we will contact you via WhatsApp to confirm the details.
• 25% deposit on orders above 2500 EGP upon order confirmation, remaining balance paid in cash on delivery.

Inspection on Delivery

• You may inspect the item with the courier before accepting the delivery.
• If you choose not to accept the order at that point, only the shipping cost is deducted.

Deposit Refund Policy

• Before the order is handed to the shipping company — the deposit is fully refunded upon cancellation.
• After the order has been shipped — only the shipping cost is deducted.
